By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you agree to follow and abide by all Heady Happenings terms and conditions as follows:

All sales are final, there are no exchanges or refunds. Please ensure you can attend the event before purchase. 

Your admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and regulations.

You agree to follow and abide by all provincial driving laws. Heady Happenings team members will assist anyone who needs it to find a safe ride home.

All events are DRY and drug free. Anyone found to possess alcohol or drugs will be removed without refund.

Heady Happenings is a 19+ event. YOU MUST BE 19+ to enter this event, no exceptions. ID’s will be checked.

Government-issued photo ID is required for entry regardless of your age. Failure to present Photo ID proving your name and age will result in refused entry.

You will receive the address for the event’s location the morning of the event.

You assume the risk of the ticket being invalid at the door if you buy from other than authorized vendors.

A ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. 

Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated towards any of our staff, or other attendees. Anyone exhibiting these behaviors will be removed without refund

Attendees are responsible for any damages to or on the event property and/or injury to the staff and/or other attendees caused by the attendees.

The promoting and or sale of any controlled substance at any of our gatherings is strictly prohibited.

BANNED ITEMS: 

anything that can be considered a weapon (incl. knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc.), open flames (incl. tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, etc.) and any items safety staff deem to pose a potential safety or security risk to any staff or guests. We are not required to maintain safekeeping of your possessions if they are determined to be banned items.

Heady Happenings reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. Updated rules will be posted to the website and or attached to your e-ticket.

Photography Release

Your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation to be used in event promotional materials.

Release of Liability

As a condition of your ticket purchase, and by entering the event you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any: injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expenses, of any kind, that you may experience or incur. 

Lastly, by entering the event you also hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, event promoter(s), vendor(s), and each of their respective parent companies, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from claims of any kind.

Change of Venue

In the unlikely chance we are forced to switch venues - we will do our best to provide an alternative venue. No refund will be issued if the new location is within a 1hr drive of the original venue, and the new venue provides a similar value dinning experience.
