Solventless Systems Expo
Heady Happenings, in partnership with Rubicon Organics, is excited to announce the “Solventless Systems Expo (SSE)” in beautiful British Columbia during the first week of March 2025. This event will showcase top-tier hash extraction machines and foster collaboration and innovation within the community. Our goal of the Expo is to help processors and extractors determine which machine is best for their needs - and provide machine manufacturers data from a controlled experiment.
Leading Up To The Expo
Machine Manufacturers will be assigned a day in the first week of March to run their extraction tests at Rubicon’s lab in Delta, BC. The environment will be carefully controlled, with input material, freeze-drying, and pressing standardized, so that the only variable is the machine and team.
Our goal is to bring together leading hash machine manufacturers to run a controlled experiment. Each participant will process organic fresh frozen material from Rubicon Organics, and we will collect data on yield for both “Grade A - 73-159u” and “Broad Spectrum” runs.
At The Expo
All attendees will start out with a guided tour of the Rubicon Organics facility, where they will get a chance to see the largest Organic Producer in Canada. After seeing the growing side, attendees will get the chance to see the wash lab. We will have all of the machines from the experiment on display, with representatives from each company. This will be a great chance to talk 1 on 1 with different machine manufacturers, and check out the data from the experiment, to determine which machine is best for you!
This expo is for anyone that likes hash, whether your curious about making hash for your first time, or looking at outfitting a lab with a new machine!
*Due to the size of the facility, tickets are very limited and FCFS
